  • 1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°. Place chocolate chips in bottom of pie shell and top evenly with layer of pecans. Melt butter over medium heat. Remove from heat; cool 2 minutes. Stir corn syrup, sugar and eggs into melted butter. Pour on top of pie. Bake 45 minutes.
