  • 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract or 12 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • whipped cream

Directions
