  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 c. sweet milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Sift sugar, flour and cocoa together and add to beaten egg yolks.

    Last add sweet milk gradually.

    Stir constantly while cooking until thick.

    Put in a cooked pie crust and put meringue on top.

    Return to oven and brown.
