- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 6 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream oleo, Crisco and sugar, then add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating after each.

2Sift dry ingredients together and mix with egg mixture alternately with milk.

3Add vanilla and 5th egg.

4Turn into greased (I use Pam) large tube pan.

5Bake 45 minutes at 275°. Raise temperature to 325° and bake 30 minutes or longer if needed.
