- 1/2 cup baking chocolate chopped
- 6 1/3 tablespoons butter
- 4 egg separated
- 7/8 cup heavy cream
- 11/16 cup almond flour
- 9/16 cup breadcrumbs
- salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

2Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and allow to cool.

3Cream 70 grams of butter, and then add the egg yolks, cream, and melted chocolate.

4Add the almond flour and breadcrumbs and mix together.

5Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and 70 grams of sugar and fold into the mixture.

6Grease 8 small pudding molds of 1.5-liter capacity or 1 large mold.

7Sprinkle with remaining sugar and fill with the mixture.

8Bake for 30 minutes.

9Remove from the oven and serve warm with fresh whipped cream (or chocolate sauce).
