- 3/4 c. flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa, divided
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2/3 c. light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. semi-sweet mini chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. hot water
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Put flour, sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, baking powder into ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.

3Stir with fork to mix well.

4Add milk and oil.

5Stir until well blended.

6Sprinkle brown sugar, remaining 1/4 cup cocoa and chocolate chips over batter.

7Mix vanilla with hot water and pour evenly over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until surface looks dry and brownie like. Serve with a spoon, warm or at room temperature.
