Chocolate-Raspberry Flan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (10 g) packagejello-o light raspberry jelly crystals
  • 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (bittersweet)
  • 12 miniature marshmallow
  • 34 cup cool whip light whipped topping (any whipped cream will do)
  • 14 cup fresh raspberry

Directions

    Add boiling hot water to dry jelly powder.

    Stir for 2 min, or untill completely disolved; set aside.

    Place chcolate, marshmellows and whipped topping in a medium microwaveable bowl.

    Microwave on HIGH 2 min or until mixture is well blended when stirred.

    Add jelly gradually, beating with wire whisk after each addition until well blended.

    Pour into four individual dessert dishes or champagne flutes.

    Refrigerate 4 hours, or until firm.

    Top with a dallop of whipped cream and a raspberry.

    Store left overs in refrigerator.
