  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 Tbsp. rum extract (yes, 2 tablespoons!)
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. walnuts

    Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Mix all ingredients well, EXCEPT CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND WALNUTS. Mix for 3 to 4 minutes. Fold in chips and nuts. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar after turning out of pan and a bit cool.
