- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat milk and sugar to rolling boil, stirring constantly.

2Boil and stir for 1 minute.

3Add cocoa.

4Beat with wire whisk until smooth.

5Remove from heat.

6Blend in butter, vanilla and salt. Makes 3 cups.
