Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. cocoa
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Heat milk and sugar to rolling boil, stirring constantly.

    Boil and stir for 1 minute.

    Add cocoa.

    Beat with wire whisk until smooth.

    Remove from heat.

    Blend in butter, vanilla and salt. Makes 3 cups.
