- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. baking cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Junior Mints
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cream butter and sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.

3Blend in egg and vanilla.

4Stir flour, cocoa, soda and salt together.

5Add to creamed mixture gradually, mixing at low speed, after each addition.

6Chill for 30 minutes.
