  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. baking cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Junior Mints

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cream butter and sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.

    Blend in egg and vanilla.

    Stir flour, cocoa, soda and salt together.

    Add to creamed mixture gradually, mixing at low speed, after each addition.

    Chill for 30 minutes.
