- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 each tomatoes can
- 1 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon coriander ground
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon tancom
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 each cilantro bunch

2onions, add garlic and ginger.

5Add cumin, coriander and chili powders, and some salt.

6Fry for another 5 minutes.

7Add chick peas, boil for a few mintues.

8Add garam masala, let mixture simmer.

9Separately, boil tamcon in water until it dissolves.

10Add this to main mixture.

11Remove from stove.

12Serve garnished with coriander leaves and lemon slices.
