  • 1/2 c. boiled pork
  • 1/2 c. boiled, boned chicken
  • 1/2 c. shrimp, shelled
  • 1/2 c. head cabbage
  • 1/4 kilogram snow peas
  • 1/4 k. string beans
  • 2 small bell peppers
  • 2 medium size carrots
  • 1/4 k. dried Chinese mushrooms
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Cut the pork and chicken

    in cubes.

    Cut the cabbage, string beans, pepper and carrots in slices at least 2-inches long.

    Cut snow peas in halves.

    Saute the pork, chicken and lastly add the vegetables.

    Pour chicken broth into vegetable mixture when vegetables are half cooked.

    Prepare in a shallow dish cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar and salt; mix thoroughly until mixture comes to a thin sauce.

    Pour the sauce into vegetables and mix lightly, being careful not to overcook greens. When sauce thickens, remove from fire.
