  • 1 lb. pork, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled and sliced (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced diagonally
  • 2 carrots, cut into diagonal slices
  • 1 pkg. Chinese peas
  • 1 head cabbage, sliced

Directions

    Saute pork and shrimp until browned.

    Add garlic and onion. Fold in vegetables (except cabbage) and cook 5 to 10 minutes.

    Add cabbage; cook 5 more minutes.
