  • 2 bell peppers, cut in strips
  • 1 large onion, cut in strips
  • 4 ribs celery
  • 1 large chicken, deboned
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Saute peppers, onion and celery with oil.

    Add chicken and saute.

    Add any seasonings you want to add and soy sauce to taste. Add to chicken broth.

    Add bean sprouts and thicken.

    Serve over rice.
