- 2 bell peppers, cut in strips
- 1 large onion, cut in strips
- 4 ribs celery
- 1 large chicken, deboned
- 1 can bean sprouts
- soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Saute peppers, onion and celery with oil.

2Add chicken and saute.

3Add any seasonings you want to add and soy sauce to taste. Add to chicken broth.

4Add bean sprouts and thicken.

5Serve over rice.
