- dash of pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 4 slices green pepper
- 4 slices onion
Directions

1In skillet, brown pork chops; pour off fat.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Cover; cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

4Add beans, catsup, sugar and mustard.

5Top each chop with green pepper and onion slices.

6Cover; cook for 15 minutes more or until chops are done; stir occasionally.
