  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 6 3/4 tablespoons cream or soy cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Directions

    Place meat in a pan with a lid.

    Cook over low heat until meat begins to thaw.

    Watch carefully, so that meat does not burn.

    When meat is browned, turn and cook the other side.

    Add mushrooms and saute briefly.

    In a bowl, mix cream and mustard and add to pan with chops.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
