- 4 pork chops
- 1 can mushrooms
- 6 3/4 tablespoons cream or soy cream
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Directions

1Place meat in a pan with a lid.

2Cook over low heat until meat begins to thaw.

3Watch carefully, so that meat does not burn.

4When meat is browned, turn and cook the other side.

5Add mushrooms and saute briefly.

6In a bowl, mix cream and mustard and add to pan with chops.

7Season to taste with salt and pepper.
