- 4 c. onions
- 10 green tomatoes
- 12 green peppers
- 6 red peppers
- 1 medium cabbage
- 2 c. water
- 4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 c. salt
- 6 c. sugar
Directions

1Grind up all vegetables and put into a large bowl.

2Mix 1/2 cup of salt and 2 cups of water and pour over vegetables.

3Soak in refrigerator overnight.

4Mix together vinegar, mustard seed, celery seed, turmeric and sugar and bring to a boil.

5Simmer 3 to 5 minutes, put into hot jars and seal tightly.
