- 10 oz. ground pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Beat three whole eggs and five egg yolks and sugar together for six minutes.

2Add vanilla and nuts.

3Mix well.

4Beat five egg whites until stiff and fold carefully into cake batter.

5Put in two 9-inch pans and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325°.
