  • 1 large angel food cake, cubed
  • 2 pkg. plain gelatin
  • 4 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 pkg. Dream Whip

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in cold water and then add boiling water; cool.

    Mix pineapple with juice, sugar, salt and lemon juice into gelatin; wait for it to begin to jell.

    Add cubes of cake and a portion of gelatin mixture until all is used.

    Place in mold and refrigerate overnight.

    Ice with package of Dream Whip and spread with coconut.
