- 3 qt. pickles
- 3 qt. celery
- 3 qt. red pepper
- 3 qt. string beans (green and yellow)
- 3 qt. carrots
- 1 qt. onions
- 1 qt. lima beans
- 1 qt. kidney beans
- 1 qt. dried navy beans
Directions

1Soak dried beans overnight and cook next morning, not over-soft, about 20 minutes.

2Salt lightly.

3Cook each vegetable until soft.

4Mix together and put into jars.

5Add syrup, which has been brought to a boil.

6Cold pack 10 minutes in a cold water bath.
