- 1 gal. cut up green tomatoes
- 1 small cabbage head
- 2 green hot peppers
- 3 small onions (yellow ones)
- vinegar
- 1 small c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt (level off even with spoon)
Directions

1After cutting the tomatoes, put in a cloth sack, squeeze all the juice you can get out before cooking.

2Then cut cabbage, onions and peppers.

3Mix with the uncooked tomatoes.

4Add 1 teaspoon salt.

5Mix well.

6Pour vinegar just enough to cover tomatoes.

7Cook only until tomatoes change color.

8You should not have any juice in them.

9Pack in jars and seal.

10You can use more seasoning if it doesn't taste like you want it to.
