- 1 qt. green tomatoes
- 2 sweet green peppers
- 2 sweet red peppers
- 2 large mild onions
- 1 small head cabbage
- 1/2 half c. salt
- 3 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. turmeric
Directions

1Prepare vegetables and chop fine.

2Add salt and let stand overnight.

3Drain and press out all liquid, if possible.

4Add other ingredients and bring to a boil.

5Simmer 2 hours over low flame.

6Stir frequently.

7Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
