- 2 to 3 lb. pork, cut up
- 2 to 3 large onions
- 3 to 4 c. cut up celery
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 jar mushrooms
- sliced water chestnuts
- 2 Tbsp. brown gravy sauce
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Brown pork very good and simmer for at least 1 hour, even 2. Add onions, cut up and browned.

2Add celery (cut up) and simmer a little longer.

3Add bean sprouts, mushrooms, water chestnuts and about 2 tablespoons of brown gravy sauce.

4Mix about 4 tablespoons of cornstarch in with water and pour into first ingredients.

5Serve over chow mein noodles with rice on the side.

6Serves 10 to 12 people.
