Ingredients

  • 1 can LeSueur peas
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can butter beans (optional)
  • 1 can kidney beans (optional)
  • 2 sprigs green onions, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. salad oil

Directions

    Drain all canned vegetables, chop celery and onions finely. Mix sugar, vinegar and oil in small pan and bring to boil.

    Mix all vegetables together.

    Add liquid mixture and refrigerate.
