- 3/4 c. sugar, divided
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.

2Slowly add 1/2 cup sugar, a small amount at a time, beating until mixture is smooth; set aside.

3Beat egg whites until foamy.

4Gradually add remaining sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.

5Spoon beaten egg whites into chilled punch bowl.

6Beat whipping cream until foamy. Add powdered sugar and beat until soft peaks form.

7Spoon whipped cream on top of beaten egg whites.

8Pour egg yolk mixture over this and carefully fold all ingredients together.
