  • 1 bunch kale organic green, chopped
  • 1 bunch kale organic red, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup cranberries sweetened
  • salt

Directions

    Heat skillet until hot

    Toast pine nuts until fragrant (move around so as not to burn)

    Add some olive oil and garlic - saute for about 1 minute

    Add kale and saute until wilted (about 4-5 minutes)

    Season with salt

    Add cranberries and saute for another 1-2 minutes
