  • 1 lb. bag whole pecans
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Beat egg white with fork until frothy; add in water and beat again. Mix in nuts. On the side, mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon. Pour over nuts and mix. Place nuts on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
