- 3 pt. sliced cucumbers
- 3 pt. sliced yellow onions
- 3 pt. sliced bell peppers
- 1 c. pickling salt
- 1 gal. water
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 1/2 c. white vinegar
Directions

1Cover vegetables with the water and salt.

2Let set overnight. Drain vegetables.

3Bring vinegar, mustard seed, celery seed and sugar to a boil.

4Add vegetables.

5Simmer 5 minutes.

6Pack into hot jars and seal.

7Put in water bath for 15 minutes.
