  • 7 12 g gingerroot
  • 1 glass cider
  • twist lemon peel
  • 10 ml honey

Directions

    Bruise the root ginger with a rolling pin, then heat it with the cider and lemon peel in a small pan until the liquid begins to bubble.

    Take off the heat, stir in the honey and strain the liquid into a warmed glass or mug.
