- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- fresh ginger (1 inch, chopped)
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In medium saucepan, cook quinoa in broth. Fluff with a fork and transfer to a bowl.

2Meanwhile, in a blender, combine garlic, ginger, cilantro, lime juice and oil. Pulse until smooth.

3Add to quinoa, tossing with a fork to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
