Ingredients
- 2 pkg. quick rise yeast
- 2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 6 1/4 c. flour
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water for 3 minutes.

2Add 1 cup flour, cake mix, eggs, oil and salt.

3Using mixer, beat until bubbles appear. Add remaining flour slowly.

4Add more flour if necessary to work dough.

5Let rise until double in bulk.

6Punch down and roll out 1/4-inch thick. Spread with soft butter and sprinkle with a mixture of 1 cup brown sugar and 4 teaspoons cinnamon.

7Roll like jelly roll and cut in 1-inch pieces.

8Place on greased pan and let rise until double in size.

9Makes approximately 40 buns.

10Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
