- 3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen baby carrots, cooked and drained

1In 2-quart saucepan, stir together cornstarch, tomato juice, brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth.

2Over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
