- 3 cups pecan halves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 dash salt
Directions

1Spread pecans in an ungreased roasting pan or 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.

2Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.

3Combine sugar and remaining 4 ingredients in a saucepan.

4Cook over medium-low heat until sugar and coffee dissolve, stirring often.

5Add pecans, and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

6Remove from heat.

7Spread pecans in ungreased pan.

8Bake at 300 for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

9Cool completely; store in an airtight container.
