- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. honey
Directions

1Stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

2Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

3Stir in eggs, milk and honey until mixture is moistened. (Dough will be sticky.)

4On an ungreased baking sheet, pat dough with lightly floured fingers to a 6-inch circle.

5Cut into 12 wedges.

6Bake in a 400° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
