Ingredients

  • 2 small pkg. cherry jello
  • 2 c. liquid (pineapple juice and water)
  • 1/2 c. cinnamon candies
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped apple
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/4 c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix together jello, liquid, candies and sugar.

    Heat until dissolved.

    Add cold water and let partially set.

    Add pineapple, apple and celery; let set completely.

    Spread with mixture of cream cheese, powdered sugar, nuts and Miracle Whip or mayonnaise.
