   Mix in a 1 gallon Ziploc bag until dough-like consistency. Roll out on waxed paper or plastic wrap.

   Cut with cookie cutter and place on a cookie sheet.

   Let dry, turning every few hours until dry (may take a few days).

   Poke holes when wet for ribbon to hang with. Do not bake.
