- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions

1HEAT oven to 350F Spray bottom only of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick spray.

2Combine butter and sugar in large bowl; beat until light and fluffy.

3Beat in egg.

4Add flour, cinnamon, salt and vanilla; mix well.

5Stir in 1/2 cup pecans.

6Press dough into bottom of pan.

7SPRINKLE remaining 1/2 cup pecans over dough; press in lightly.

8BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.

9Cool completely.

10Cut into bars.
