  • 1 egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 c. pecan halves
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Beat egg white and water together slightly with a fork.

    Coat pecan halves well with egg mixture.
  3. 3
    Mix all other ingredients well and stir into nuts, coating well.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 300° on large cookie sheet.

    Stir occasionally while cooking. Separate and cool on wax paper.

    After these have cooled, store in dry airtight container.
