- 1 whole 9 Inch Pie Crust
- 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/3 cups Sugar
- Cinnamon

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Roll out pie dough to fit a 9 inch pie plate, or use a frozen pie dough. Press dough into pie pan, and pour cream into the bottom of the pie shell. Sprinkle evenly with the sugar, and then sprinkle enough cinnamon over the cream to cover the filling.

3Bake for 30 minutes or until crust is browned and filling is bubbling.

4This is a very simple recipe that my grandmother and mom make with leftover pie dough. You many need more cream than 1/2 cup, just so it is enough to cover the bottom of the pie crust at least 1/4 inch.
