- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; blend just until smooth.

2Place well-greased muffin pans in a 425° oven 3 minutes or until a drop of water sizzles when dropped in them.

3Remove pans from oven; fill each muffin cup half full with batter.

4Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350° and bake an additional 12 to 15 minutes or until popovers are firm. Serve immediately.

6Yield: 1 dozen.
