- 3 1/2 - 4 lbs boneless pork loin roast
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup finely grated onion
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 -2 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions

1Combine the cinnamon, salt, pepper, onion, sugar, and garlic. Blend in 1 tsp of soy sauce. If too thick to spread, add another tsp of soy sauce.

2Rub mixture onto the pork loin.

3Refrigerate at least 3 hours, can be overnight.

4Grill pork over medium-low indirect fire until the internal temperature is 155 degrees, about 1 1/4- 1 1/2 hours.

5Allow to rest 5-10 minutes.

6Cut into thin slices.
