  • 1 small egg
  • sugar to taste
  • cinnamon powder to taste
  • confectioners sugar to taste

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Line a baking sheet with a non-stick silicone baking mat, and set aside.

    In a small bowl, whisk the egg with a fork.

    Roll out the puff pastry and brush the entire surface with the whisked egg.

    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste.

    With a pizza cutter, cut the dough in half lengthwise. Then, cut into strips about 2 centimeters wide.
