- 4 1/2 to 5 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
Directions

1In large bowl, combine 3 cups all-purpose flour and yeast. In pan, heat milk, margarine, sugar and salt until warm and margarine is almost melted, stirring constantly.

2Add to flour mixture.

3Add eggs and beat with mixer on low for 30 seconds.

4Use spoon and mix in whole wheat flour and as much of white all-purpose flour as you can.

5Knead dough on floured surface until moderately stiff dough that's elastic.

6Shape into ball; turn into greased bowl and let rise for 1 hour.

7Punch down.
