  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 small can chicken broth
  • 1 c. crushed tomato
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (2 Tbsp. dry)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil (1 tsp. dry)
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 lb. cleaned shrimp
  • 2 lb. any white fish fillets
  • 1/2 lb. scallops
  • 1 can chopped clams with the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 lb. angel hair pasta

Directions

    Saute onion and garlic in oil until transparent.

    Add chicken broth and bring to boil.

    Add tomato and seasonings; simmer 10 minutes.

    Add shrimp and fish and simmer only until shrimp is pink and fish is cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes.

    Pour in chopped clams with the juice.

    Turn off the heat; add salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve with lots of Italian bread.
