- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
Directions

1Whisk egg whites until stiff.

2Whisk in sugar slowly.

3Beat on high speed until mixture is glossy.

4Add vinegar and fold in cornstarch.

5Bake at 275° for 1 hour.

6Switch off oven and leave to cool in oven.

7Place mixture on baking parchment or greaseproof paper.

8Bake on ovenproof plate or in a tin.
