1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
1/2 cup pale ale beer
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

Whisk together the mustard, agave, shallot and orange and lime zests in a medium bowl.

Slowly whisk in the beer until combined.

Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking constantly, until emulsified.
