- 3 eggs
- evaporated milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- few drops Red Hot cayenne pepper sauce

1Grind up common crackers in food processor.

4Add enough evaporated milk to hold cakes together.

5Roll in flour.

6May be deep fried or fried in pan on top of stove in oil 1/2-inch deep, until golden brown.
