- 1/4 lb. beef and 1/4 lb. pork, ground together
- 4 strips bacon
- hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- carrots, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 pt. water
- 1 doz. large clams
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- potatoes, diced
Directions

1Fry bacon in skillet until brown and remove from pan.

2Fry meat until brown, break bacon into meat, add 3 to 5 drops hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce and mix.

3Add 1 cup water and simmer 15 minutes.

4Open clams and save juice; grind clams.

5Put clams, juice and meat mixture in large soup pot.
