  • 2 c. whipped topping
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • 1/2 c. chopped chocolate semi-sweet chips
