  • 3 c. water
  • 3 chicken bouillon
  • 3 ribs celery, chopped
  • 4 medium potatoes, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. or 2 cans minced clams

Directions

    Put into pot the first 8 ingredients and cook about 15 minutes or until tender.

    Mix flour with small amount of milk, then add mixture and rest of milk.

    Stir until thick, then add butter and clams.

    Do not boil after you add the clams.
